Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please contact us first so our support team can guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when reaching out.
